I was wondering about bonding of jaccuzzi tub motor when PEX (Plastic) piping is used the motor has a bonding lug what does it bond to

It will not have to be bonded to anything if nothing else assoicated with the tub is metal.

You are not required to bond the motor you are required to bond the metal piping to the motor. No metal piping no bonding.
