Where is the supply side bonding jumper and where is the main bonding jumper in the panel? And what two things does each connect?

What test are you prepping for? Or maybe I should ask what test it is that you are trying to get us to prep you for.

Simple answer is the main bonding jumper is at the first disconnect of the service.
SSBJ is for a transformer and can be in the first disconnect or the transformer.
Look at 250.24 and 250.30. The handbook has some good illustrations.
