NEC250.92(B)(4) allows bonding locknuts to be used on services as well as otherlisted devices. Some set screw connectors are listed for GRC as well as EMT.Can a bonding bushing be used on a set screw connector to meet the requirementsof NEC 250.92?

Yes, bonding locknuts and bonding wedges cannot be used with concentric or eccentric KO's so in that case you would use a bonding bushing.
