Bonding multiple services in same building 300' apart

I have an application where a 2000 amp service is installed on each end of a building. The services are 300' apart. There is no metal water piping or effective grounded structural steel in the building. Each service has 3 ground rod properly spaced. Does a properly sized grounding electrode conductor need to connect the 2 services 300' apart. Thanks for any help
