I have a 24kw generac Im installing for a client, once the service rated ats goes in I will have to do all my GEC and bonding jumper inside that enclosure, slight dilemma is that there is a I believe water/gas bond, and ufer that is in the panel (circled in red). From me research in the code and some contact Mike holt put out I see nothing wrong with splicing those and extending them or just bringing an oversized EGC from the transfer switch (#4cu in this case) and then land them all on the same ground bar, I think the intent would be the same. Does anybody see any issues with this?

And separate the grounds and neutrals in the panelboard, as the ATS now becomes the service point, with the MBJ now located there. GEC, H20 term on the grounded bar. NG can as well, but can also term on the grounding bar.

If im following what your saying than I think its what I was thinking all along. That once the N/G separation happens and the main GEC lands at first disco means then as long as my EGC is the size of a MBJ then its good to go and I can land the other bonding grounds on that same ground bar etc
