bonding of boxes and enclosures

If all conductors pass through boxes, metal wireways, and other metal enclosures with no splices or terminations, is the box or enclosure required to be bonded with a wire type EGC?
 
If the raceway is metallic and qualifies as an EGC then as Augie stated no. If the raceway is non-metallic or does not qualify as an EGC then yes.
