A question on bonding of the installtion of two ground rods spaced 6' or more apart. Does this method of wiring comply with the code? Starting from the 2 ground rods and going back to the main disconnect circuit panel with a seperate ground wire from each rod to the ground terminal block. Would this procedure meet NEC requiment for the bonding of the two rods and therefore it would not be nesessary to install a bonding wire from one rod to the other. I am relying on 250.8 (2) thats states a terminal bar is a sutiable connection means for bonding purposes.

That's okay, perhaps better. Also, I think you can come from the grd terminal to one rod. Cut the wire , then use two acorns on the one rod to tie the other .

correct, but it does not prescribe a particular method of connecting to the 2nd rod. You can connect the 2nd rod to any other grounding electrode or back to the grounded conductor. The 1st rod is normally the closest and thus, most used.
