Bonding of grounds

Is it true that if you have multiple ground bars in a branch circuit panel that all ground bars must be bonded together by a conductor, is the enclosure a legal bond between them. Any code references would be helpful.

FWIW, Siemens panels have a screw that screws into the panel and tightens on the neutral lug to bond the grounds and neutrals. No strip or wire

as long as the ground bars are bonded to the metal panel with the correct screws....(not sheet metal or self-tapping) that's all that is needed.

I would say that. gor equipment grounding, the enclosure suffices, but for neutral current, you must use a conductor. Not necessarily an insulated wire, but a bus, strap, etc. Sorry, no code reference, just intuition.
