A BIG pool, wrought iron fence not closer than 8 feet to water edge, several gates. Any bonding requirements? I dont find any in 680 but I dont do many pools. All input is appreciated.

Generally speaking, if the fence does not come within 5' of the inside edge of the pool, it will not require bonding to the equipotential grid.

OK- but where do I find the bonding requirement if the fence was 5' or closer?

Hot tub falls under same category for bonding requirements.
BUT...Hot tub is 3' from house with a window and the window has an aluminum frame.
Do you bond the aluminum window or not?
I know an inspector who required it. The State said NO not required!
