Bonding of MV and LV Grounding

Do equipment grounding system Medium Voltage( 11 KV) and LV ( 415/230) Have to be separated or just ground electrodes has to be bonded? How about the drain shield of MV Cable, does it have to be bonded to equipment ground at one end only?

415/230 is not a standard NEC voltage. Is this a solidly grounded system?

Yes sir, the voltage is not to be in NEC. Our system is solidly grounded.
