Bonding of panels

Is there a specific NEC requirement to bond together panels of different systems that commonly feed living units? This is in a nursing home setting where we have both EM and normal circuits supplying units.

See 517.14. You'd have to determine if the living units qualified as "patient care vicinity."

These particular units are considered "sleeping rooms" and not patient care. Thank you for the reply
