PVC conduits in Underground ductbanks are trasitioned to RGS and stubbed up into switchgear enclosures (PVC could have been stubbed up with transition to RGS since it terminates in an electrical enclosure).
The question is :
Does the metalic part of the conduit stub need to be bonded to the switchgear enclosure?
