This commercial job that we are working on, the meter is on the inside wall ( probably because this place has been add on to number of times ) and there is a disconnect down stairs right under it. This feeds a fuse block. We are changing the fuse block which feeds four small fuse panels, six circuits each. There are no grounding conductors but circuits are grounded through the conduits and Bx or Ac or flex cable. My question is do I bond this new panel with the bonding screw. There is only the two hots and neutral coming from the disconnect. Hope this is clear. Thanks
