Bonding raceways over 250v

Somewhere in the NEC I thought read an article that stated you must use bond bushings on any raceway 1-1/4" and larger and over 250v regardless of the knockouts (punched,eccentric,concentric). Does anyone have info about this requirement? If it even exists.

Requirements for bonding circuits operating at over 250 volts to ground are in 250.97. These apply to all conduit, not just 1?" or larger.
