I am having difficulty finding the requirements, if any, for bonding of metal fencing and metal handrails that are in very close proximity to a bonded metal building, (in this case an aircraft hangar). I always thought that any metallic object that could place a person in a path of different potentials should be bonded. Am I trying to read too much into the code here?
