If a threaded fitting (GUAT fitting) is installed in an RMC run, and used strictly as a pull box does EGC run through the box need to be terminated at the box? My assumption was no, that the threaded connection is enough. Can someone advise the appropriate section in 250?

See 250.148 in the '02 code. If you are using the '99 code, you would be required to connect the EGC to the box, but in the '02 code, if the EGC is just passing through, there is no requirement to bond it to the box.
