bonding service pull box with bonding locknuts

Say I have service enclosure A that is properly bonded. I run a rigid nipple from A to service enclosure B, a pull box that needs to be bonded. If I have a bonding locknut on both sides of the nipple(one in each enclosure, regular locknuts on the outsides), does that take care of the service bonding requirements for box B? My vote is this is ok.
 
My opinion would b e if enclosure B was bonded by any other means than the nipple then a bonding locknut on either end of the nipple would suffice as all you would be doing is bonding the nipple.
If the nipple is the boding path for B then you would need to do as you prescribe.

That was my thinking. Often we are just bonding the raceway and not using the raceway to bond 2 enclosures to each other.
 
The pull box is interposed in the service raceway which falls under 250.92(A)(2). Bonding that raceway would then fall under one of the methods mentioned in 250.92(B) which includes bonding locknuts. If you only bonded one end of the raceway then the enclosure could be bonded to the service neutral.

250.92 Services.
(A) Bonding of Equipment for Services. The normally
non–current-carrying metal parts of equipment indicated in
250.92(A)(1) and (A)(2) shall be bonded together.
(1) All raceways, cable trays, cablebus framework, auxiliary gutters, or service cable armor or sheath that en-
close, contain, or support service conductors, except as
permitted in 250.80
(2) All enclosures containing service conductors, including
meter fittings, boxes, or the like, interposed in the service raceway or armor
