Bonding Structural Steel to Ufer Ground

Refering to Art 250.104(C) - If the structural steel is bonded to the main electrical service panel according to table 250.66 and the Ufer ground is bonded to the service with #4; if we bond the Structural steel to the Ufer ground in addition to this, what size wire is needed?.

The max size GEC needed to concrete encased electrode is #4.

While the Ufer gound is only required to have a #4 wire back to the service, according to 250.104 C the bonding jumper from the steel to one or more grounding electrodes used must be sized per table 250.66.
