bonding stub ups

If that metal stubup isn't continued in some sort of metal conduit to a box with double locknuts, myers hub, or grounding bushing to effectively bond it then I'd say you're going to need a bonding jumper to that that stub.

I had this same problem when I fed two 200HP motors underground. The conduit left the pump panel in pvc, came out of the ground rigid with a LFMC whip to the motor. I had to bond around the LFMC since it's not an adequate ground for a 400 amp motor circuit.

As long as the galvinized pipe is connected to the panel it is bonded in the same manner that any piece of metal pipe would be. If you ran emt it gets bonded to the panel by the connector. The GRC does so with the locknuts.
