Bonding trough to panel

I installed a 200A sub-panel fed with MC changing over to emt into a trough then into the panel through a nipple. I also have 2-2" emts from the trough to a can for the branch ckts. One emt has #6's which are spliced in the can. The other has #12's which do not splice in the can but go directly through to their intended receptacles. I ran a #6 green bond wire from the can through the 2" emt with the #12's to the trough, then to the panel. My co-worker believes I did not bond this correctly, I believe it is. Thoughts?

The one MC that changes over to emt and goes into the trough then to the panel is the only feeder. The #6's in one pipe and the #12's in the other from the trough to the can are all branch ckts. As I stated, I ran a #6 from the panel to the trough then to the can with the #12's for bonding purposes. I do think that I probably didn't even need to do this.
