Bonding water service

I have a question about bonding of the water services at a condo project. It is a 16 unit condo. There will be a 16 meter stack on one end of the building. I would normally take a ground wire from the main disconnect of the meter stack back to the water meter. However in this case each unit will have it's own water meter within each unit. Furthermore the water service coming into each unit is Pex and after the water meter and small metal manifold it becomes Pex again. Do I need to worry about any bonding to the water service? IMO I don't need to.

Thanks in advance!

I would agree with you.

IMHO a small section of copper water piping within a PEX water system would not need to be bonded. 250.104(A) only requires metal piping systems to be bonded and what you describe IMHO would not be a system.
