bonding

We are working on an addition to a commercial building. The service we have installed is the third one on this building. Main breakers at the disconnect and 120/208 load center installed inside. The gas and water are common between all buildings and are bonded with the original service. Are we required to bond gas and water again in our addition?

I am confused is this a separate building or an addition to existing.

All three services are required to be connected to a common grounding electrode system. If they are seperated by a fire wall, in my opinion you would have to bond each service per 250.104 to the metallic water lines. Gas lines are considered bonded by the equipment grounding conductor in the supply circuit.

The unfortunate effect is you get neutral circulating on the water pipes through the buildings according to the relative impedances of the service neutrals and their connections.

it is an addition to an existing building seperated by a firewall. There is only one water service and one gas service for the entire building.
