Said house has a very unique water system for pool and domestic water.In pool vault there is an heat exchanger for the spa systems,the house water and pool water have a potential to get mixed.conern is would i bond the heat exchanger with pool bonding or leave alone and rely on cold water bond?

I believe the heat exchanger would have an EGC bonding from the motor pump circuit ? [680.21(A)]
