I would like to obtain an I.C.C. 2006 International Residential Code Book and don't want to drop almost a bill ($100) (if I don't have to). Some of my most valuable references were given to me, I have also given many to help those who needed a hand up...not a hand out.

I have a 2006 Life Safety Code Book that I would be willing to trade(it has hardly been used, excellent condition).I may also have other books that may be of interest to somebody in need. It is not about the money, so much as it is utilizing books that are doing nothing more than taking up book space.

I have a few books that I never use, the 2006 IRC will be another one after I'm done with an exam. I'm more of a Commercial/ Industrial Guy, but I want to take the ICC E1 exam so I can combine it with my E2 Certification and be coined an ICC Inspector.

I agree with Barbeer, when I took my ICC residential electrical inspectors exam I never even used the IRC. The IRC electrical section is written by NFPA and mirrors the NEC. For example the 2006 IRC is based on the 2005 NEC.

I have a spare 2006 ICC International Building Code. If you want or need it, I will ship it to you for the cost of shipping.

I do not have the residential version.

Sure!:cool: It will come in handy for the E3....it shows its current references as 08 NEC and 2006 IBC.

I have a 2006 NFPA 101, Life Safety Code (maybe opened it once to look up exit sign height requirements) would it be any use to ya?

I also have a few 2005 Guides to the NEC ....(ie. 05 Electrical Systems, 05 Illustrated Guide to the NEC, 05 Electrical Wiring Residential.) If they could help anyone out looking for a hand up, not a hand out....Id be happy to help.
I'm not looking to start this thread into a wanna be EBAY, just trade for trade, or gifting one way...
