Boost/buck sizing

I am curious if anyone can tell me how to size a buck/boost transformer. I am bumping up single phase 208 to single phase 240. The secondary load is 100a.
 
In general the voltage change times the load current gives you the required size of the auto transformer. This would be 3.2kVA, but I expect you would have to go to the next larger standard size.
 
From the factory charts I checked if your requirement is actually 240 from 208 and the load is actually 100 amps as don noted a 3kva is going to come up short. Unfortunately the next standard size is 5kva.
A lower actual load or voltage requirement (ie: 230v) would change the requirement
