When installing MC or NMC through bored holes in BCI joist or any typ of wood framing is there a NEC or BC code or chart/table to how many cables you can fit in all different size bored holes,

No however some inspector may consider more than 2 NM cables bundling and you would need to derate. I believe MC is not considered bundling until there are 20 CCC.
