Bottom feed/top feed reversible load panel

I would see if I can remove the inner trim panel, flip it over, and put it back together.

You might have to adjust the guts height, and/or drill new holes in the enclosure lip.

Typically there is more room needed for conductor bending on the supply end is reason you can't simply flip interior when a one piece style cover is used.

Go to a real panelboard instead of a loadcenter and the main cover more likely to have door/opening centered and the fillers for non utilized spaces varies depending on components/options installed on the panelboard section.
