I like those when you can mount to the nearest stud. If you need to be between the studs then you cannot use those without adding your own piece of stud. For that or multiple boxes I like the Caddy TSGB.

I also like the Caddy RBS16HD which can mount up to 3 boxes within a 16" on center stud space. Truth is you'll likely need more than one type for any commercial job. For me the minimum would be 3 differnet types: TSGB, RBS16HD, and a C23 from the OP.

The ones that span two studs are nice because not only can you mount the box anywhere, the box is a lot stiffer. I haven't used those specific ones in the link, would you still use a box support clip with those?
No box support clip, the bracket rests against the far side sheet rock, they come in different depths.

Man, I must be getting old. We used to just use scrap pieces of the bottom track to mount boxes on. That was free.
When I started in the 80's it was a piece of metal stud/track or MSF clips which were terrible. It's amazing no one lost an eye trying to hammer them into the edge of the box.
