there are tables such as 314.16(A) and B for number of conductors 6awg and smaller with numbers for example 6 awg= 5sqin

What do you do for 4awg and larger

You would use the 6X and 8X rules for sizing the box. Here's an example from Mike Holt:

I have seen this graphic. I understand the examples with conduit. But is there no conductor fill limits

If you comply with the conduit sizes and box size ratios give then the conductor fill should already be accounted for in the calculations

Ok that's what I was getting at doing the sample problems from the library.

One more question I can see how we do length and width from above example, I don't believe the course addressed depth? I know it needs to handle the piping size but is there any other restriction
