Box for under a Cath Lab table

Looking for a power and data "box" to go under a cath lab table. the architects says he's seen what he wants before and describes surface mounted, stainless steel box. The box opens on the top to reveal receptacles and data jacks. It sounds like an FSR type box but stainless stell and oversized to sit 8 or 9 inches above the finished surface.

Has anyone crossed such a bridge before. Other than FSR making a special product for one room, is there a manufacturer out there who I might try?
