Code Page 304 (2014 version) for sizing box. Proposed box is 24" square and 6"deep. One side of the box only has a 2-1/2" conduit entry. Another side of the box (one side removed from the previous side) has four conduit entries, all 2". The "back" of the box has two rows of conduit entries: one row has a 2-1/2" conduit entry plus two 2" conduit entries; another row in the back of the box has three 2" conduit entries. Is the proposed box code compliant?

Depends. Are you splicing or using it as a pull box?

Does it matter? - but - it's a pull box, no splices.

We don't know how far apart those entries are or the size of the wires that will be in them.
With reference to EXHIBIT 314.10 it doesn't seem to matter to size the box.

Regardless of the "exhibit", it does matter. There are many variables that could effect the answer including wire size, splicing and entry points but, in general, the box would be complinat

No splices, pull box only. 350kcmil from 2-1/2" conduit on back to 2-1/2" conduit on the side. One 2" conduit entering from the back is empty (spare.) The other four 2" conduits on the back go to the the four 2" entries on the side and the largest conductor is #1/0

The 24 x 24 x 6 box would be complaint.
The location of the individual conduits would determine if the install was compliant.

Suggest you look at 314.28 to confirm any input.
The only potential problem I see is from:
The distance between raceway entries enclosing the same conductor shall not be less than six times the metric designator (trade size) of the larger raceway.
