What article talks about boxes that you have to be able to get to them. Such as in ceilings and wall. Not hidden behind drywall, etc.
 
314.29 to be a little more precise.

Note they don't need to be readily accessible - unless they also contain other items that require ready accessibility like overcurrent devices or GFCI's. Also note what is accessible to one person is not always accessible to others.
