Question? Can you run two (2) 15amp branch circuits to one receptacle. Example a dishwasher and garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. As long as loads don't exceed the branch circuit rating. Example a 20amp branch circuit supplies a 8 amp dishwasher and 4amp garbage disposal. Take 20 amps X 80% 210-23

Yes two circuits can supply a duplex recptacle on a common yoke, but a common trip circuit breaker is required see 210.7 (C).
