I WANT TO KNOW IF WE CAN RUN BRANCH CIRCUITS FROM DIFERENT PANELS IN THE SAME RACEWAY.IF THE ANSWER IS YES, WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE EQUIPMENT GROUNDS?

Article 200 does not cover equipment grounding requirements.

At any point you splice the circuit conductors in a box or enclosure, all equipment grounds associated with those circuit conductors should be bonded together.
