Breaker and a Half

I have a new job working with switchgear. I have a industrial electrical engineering background. Substations a somewhat new to me. I am familiar with a breaker and a half scheme but I cant seem to find anything on an Inverted Breaker and a half or a Folded Breaker and a half scheme. Can anybody give me some pointers or even direct me to some literature that would help me to better understand these schemes..
