Breaker box code

I was wondering if someone had a link to NEC and what particular code I would need to read up on if I was to upgrade my residential breaker box?

I currently have a push-matic style breaker box (100 amp) and plan to upgrade to a 200 amp square D or siemens box, but I want to make sure it is done to code in case an electrical technician had to inspect it before turning the power back on.

I am an electrical engineer specializing in substation design, so I have a very good working knowledge of electricity, but am unfamiliar with residential wiring code. (I even have a NEC book at work, but haven't had a chance to look at it. An online version with experienced guidance would be a lot more convienient) Is there anything I have to worry about when doing this?

I currently have a 200 amp underground service.
