Can a breaker box be installed within a hallway where there is a forklift traveling through it to get to a storage room? If so what code dictates this installation location?:?:?

I don't know of any Code section that would disallow such as long as the provisions of 110.26 were met.
Ballards are commonly set to protect such panels.
