breaker circuit and cable wire for a single phase 10kVA transformer

Hiii there,
I have to install a single phase transformer and want to know which breaker circuit and which cable wire(as power supply is 1312 mtrs away from where transformer is to be installed) would be best fit for it and also
SPECIFICATIONS OF THE TRANSFORMER:-
Power: 10kVA
NO. of phase: 1
Operating Frequency: 50Hz
Primary Current: 0.52Amp
Primary Voltage: 19050v
Secondary Current: 43.29Amp
Secondary Voltage: 231v

First question is what standards apply. NEC?

Such standard will matter more for overcurrent protection then anything else.

Otherwise at that voltage and current the smallest conductor you can find with proper insulation for the voltage, or enough mechanical strength if overhead bare conductors, will be plenty large enough to handle the load with no significant voltage drop effects.
