Breaker Cross Reference Chart...

Does anyone have a link to a Cross Reference Chart for circuit breakers? I'm looking for something that might say for example: "Who has, makes, the breaker for a Challenger panel?"

I know that C-H BR is the breaker for this panel but I have run across quite a few older panels and I would like to be able to purchase the replacements as needed.
