Breaker Frame rating vs. Long Term Pick Up rating

I am attempting to find the article in NEC2008 which indicates that the Long Term Pick Up of a breaker must not be greater than the Frame Rating of the breaker with that setting.

This is for future reference (so I don't have to go flipping through the code book and miss it or somesuch).
