Breaker panel location

Existing panel is in the kitchen. I would like to move the breaker panel down stairs. There is a meter/main on the outside of the house. Therefore this will be a sub-panel in the basement. Does anyone see anything wrong with this installation?

No issues with a sub-panel in a basement. What is your concern.
