Hi All,
We are preparing a written plan for live work on a 48V DC panel to replace couple of breakers with higher ampere rating breaker. Considering the critical nature of the loads on this panel, hot work may be required if outage is not possible.
As I understood, we will be having a qualified person to this work, my role is more of an oversight to ensure safety of the system and personnel. Insulated tools and arc rated gloves and other necessary PPE will be used.
I am looking for some advice on precautionary measures and tips so safely perform this task. Any pictures showing how to cover live parts would also be helpful if you have any.
Panel Make/Type : Square NQOD
Breaker Sizes: 15A to 30A
Thanks
