Not finding a handy reference in google, I'll make one. Here's a list of breakers
supporting double-tap or double-lug, as listed. Here the Eaton/Moller FAZ series. Just torque it a bit more and for each slot two wires are G2G.

Wire gauges: #10 to #18 (for 32 amp)

The CB in the OP is a Eaton miniature supplementary protector. It cannot be used as the sole branch circuit protection that why I said you won't see it in a dwelling.

The Eaton FAZ supplementary protectors are used to provide overcurrent protection where branch protection (for example, UL 489 MCCB) is already provided or not required. The units can be installed as a component within, or as a part of an appliance or a piece of electrical equipment.
