Briggs and Stratton genny shuts down with FC-4 code...

Newbie here.. Our 20kW propane standby Briggs & Stratton generator starts and shuts down after 10 seconds. It repeats this 5 times and throws the code FC-4. Didn't get much help at the B&S page; call a service tech? I checked the main breaker from the genny and it is on. I also checked the wiring to the oil psi sender and hi-temp sensor. Tried unplugging them but no change. While running, the battery probes 11-12 VDC. This seems low. Should it be above 12 volts? Will a no-charge cause this shut down and code?
