bright lights dryer on

When the dryer is first turned for maybe 2 or 3 seconds half the lights in the house get brighter and the other half dim.

Classic, textbook... loose neutral. Either in the panel, subpanel, meter can, service tap, service drop, or transformer.

I agree with MD. You need to get this fixed now or you will damage some or all of your 120 volt
appliances. This condition causes high voltage on half of your circuits and low voltage on the other half.

I can verify that.Lost my neutral,lights went dim and bright,ceiling fans ran at warp speed,anything with a power supply or electronic was destroyed.
