We aggressively market to the public and general contractors. Even when the gc's say no we ask when we can follow up and then we follow up. We persist until they give us an opportunity to bid a project. We bid the project competitively and then blow them away with our customer service. With the market the way it is you need to be out constantly looking or calling about work.
