I'm having a senior moment.

What brand will fit in a Bryant panel?

Check inside or on cover, on panel label will list compatible "listed" replacement breakers. Even "IF" it fits if it's not listed, not compliant (or is it). We've had this go around related to old Murray panels before on this forum. Listed- not listed, fits- but not on list, who bought out whom and will those replacement breakers now be acceptable, etc.
Eaton now owns rights to Bryant, check on their website for their complete list of "listed" replacement breakers for any given panel (that they provide replacements for).
Eaton is making a line of classified replacement breakers for other mfg panels including Siemens, SD, GE, Murray, Crouse Hind, Thomas & Betts.

Side note: Their website has some information on their AFCI breakers I found interesting, it seems they are showing "compatible" dimmers for use with their AFCI breakers. Evidently sideways admitting some dimmers will cause tripping? Guess something to watch for when installing dimmers with an Eaton panel.

If you saved some of the older type breakers of other manufacturers they may fit but as Fred mentioned, they may not be listed for use in this panel. In addition, many manufacturers (like Siemens) have produced panels with split line-side busses so their breakers will fit into those panels only. Their breakers are designed so that they will restrict insertion into other panels. Things aren't the way they used to be years ago.

The BR type has never changed since when it was named by Bryant. When looking at labels, look at the breaker type. All breakers and panels that aren't missing their labels will say which type(s) they are or are allowed to accept. The company name or logo is irrelevant. Some types are equivalent, although getting the documentation may be difficult. For example type BR and type C are the same and the BR is labeled as such by Eaton these days. Murray MP and Siemens Q are also the same although good luck finding where Siemens says so.
