having a friendly debate with a co-worker about a A BB xfmr. OCPD from 208-240 with and wanted to get you thoughts / opinions at 2kva [16x32 voltage windings] with the max secondary amps at 62.5 and adjusted kVA of 15kVA. If I have done this right the max primary OCPD would be 90A @ 208V-1Ph? Another individual in our office says that the max. OCPD would be 80A based on the 62.5A, however the 62.5 is the secondary [A] at 240V and you would have to use the kVA at 15 to size the primary was my argument am I thinking about this wrong?

Still just an EIT, but for what its worth, NEC 450.4 says: "...shall be rated at not more than 125 percent of the rated full-load INPUT current of the autotransformer."
