Building Grounding Electrode

What would be considered building grounding electrode. I need to connect a grounding conductor to it.

I usually figure the following is considered such.

1. Building Steel
2. Ground Bar or ground rod

Any and ALL items listed in 250.52(A) have to be connected if present.
Commercial buildings here most common is a UFER and building steel {if it qualifies..250.52(A)(2)} and water pipe
Ground rods are not commonly required by NEC but often required by designers and POCOs
