never heard the term "Bull" before so I googled it:

The distribution box where temporary equipment is tied in to the electrical supply is called a Company Switch, a Distro, or a "Bull switch".

Basically any disconnect will suffice fused would be better.

Otherwise, there's always the humble 400a 3ph unfused disconnect. (Which may or may not be legal for new installations in your area/application.)

This if actually for a new installation the NEC refers to it a a Bull Switch from what I can gather is bascially a fused 400A disc. sw. with lugs for a stage hand to terminate cables to usually for a large dimmer rack.
